Does the idea of dangling 600 meters (2000 feet) above the Lauterbrunnen Valley floor interest you?
How about walking across a tightrope, with nothing below you except a rushing river?
Or how about walking across a wobbly, narrow suspension bridge?
If you said yes to all of these questions, then put the Mürren via ferrata on your list of things to do in Switzerland.
The Mürren via ferrata is a 2.2 km journey, part via ferrata and part hiking trail. You’ll cling to a cliff, climb down steep ladders, walk on a tightrope and a suspension bridge, and (with a guide) zip line across a ravine.
This is one of the most thrilling experiences to have in the Bernese Oberland.

인기 트레일 #1: 하르더그라트 능선(Hardergrat Ridge)!
Hardergrat Ridge는 좀 다릅니다.
인터라켄 동역에서 이 달리기를 시작하여 하르더그라트 쿨름(Hardergrat Kulm)을 올라 로트호른(Rothorn)까지 전체 능선을 달린 다음 브리엔츠(Brienz)로 내려가 호수에 몸을 담그었습니다. 7시간 만에 총 35km와 3100 D+를 주행합니다… 길을 따라 멋진 풍경이 펼쳐집니다!
⚠️ 하르더그라트 능선에는 여러 개의 노출된 지점이 있으며 기술적이고 노출된 지형을 이동하는 것이 매우 불편하다면 권장하지 않습니다. 그곳에서 하이킹을 할 때는 달리기는 물론이고 조심해야 합니다. 접지력이 좋은 신발을 가져오고 비오는 날(또는 그 이후)에는 피하세요. 능선 전체를 다 돌아보지 않고도 그냥 하이킹을 하거나 기차를 타고 하르더 쿨름(Harder Kulm)까지 올라가서 약 1시간 동안 하이킹을 계속하면 전망을 감상할 수 있습니다.
