We wanted a drink at the bar and weren't even allowed in because we hadn't booked a room. The staff was extremely unfriendly, and we weren't even allowed to sit in the square in front of the entrance. In retrospect, I'm glad we didn't support this shitty place and found a thousand times better place to splurge on (like an 8-armed monkey).
