Age policy
Children under the age of 18 years are not allowed to stay in the hostel. No refunds will be given to guests who are refused access due to booking a bed or a room for a minor.

취소 정책
The cancellation policy of your reservation depends on the chosen rate, channel, and booking date. Please refer to your booking confirmation email for the cancellation policy that applies to your reservation.

Flexible rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the arrival date. Cancellations made later than this will be charged for the first 2 nights, excluding city tax.
Non-Refundable rate: Cancellations can be made free of charge within one hour of making the reservation. After this period, the full amount will be charged. Please be aware that after this time, we cannot offer a refund in case of hindrance or unforeseen circumstances.

Can’t find your booking info or cancellation policy? Email us at [email protected] with your booking confirmation code. If you don’t have it, include your arrival and departure dates, booking channel, and room type so we can locate your reservation.

취소 요청
If you booked directly with Balmers, please send your cancellation request by email to [email protected].
Clearly state that you want to cancel and include your booking confirmation. The time we receive your email will be considered the official cancellation time.
Important: Cancellations via phone, WhatsApp, or social media will NOT be accepted.

예약 변경
유연한 예약 변경은 도착 날짜 48 시간까지 무료입니다. 예약 후 72 시간 이내에 요금 변경이 가능합니다.
환불 할 수없는 비율의 변경은 예약 후 첫 시간 내에 가능합니다.

그룹 예약
Different terms and conditions apply to reservations of more than 10 guests. Please contact [email protected] to inquire about a bookings. Balmers Hostel holds the right to refuse/ cancel group reservations and charge a damage deposit to any group reservations.

관광 세
All reservations are subject to 2.85 CHF tourism tax per person per night. The tourism tax consists out of two components; 1.80 CHF city tax and 1.05 CHF accommodation tax.

아침 식사
Balmers does no longer offer any sort of arranged breakfast. However, we do provide guests with the possibility to make their own breakfast in the guest kitchen. There is a supermarket and a bakery on less than 5 minutes walk of the hostel.

Bed linen
All reservation includes free use of bed linen. All beds are prepared with clean bed linen prior to receiving access to the room. Reservations do not include change of fresh bed linen unless specifically requested by the guest at reception (additional fee may apply).

Towels
우리의 모든 트윈 객실, 더블 룸 및 싱글 객실에는 수건을 무료로 사용합니다. 리셉션에서 게스트가 특별히 요청하지 않는 한 (추가 요금이 적용될 수 있음) 타월은 체류 기간 동안 변경되지 않습니다.

Guests who are staying in a dormitory room can rent a towel at reception for 3.50 CHF. Please note that towel rental does not include daily towel change unless specifically requested by the guest at reception (additional fee may apply).

우리는 부적절한 행동, 알코올, 언어 학대, 신체적 학대 및/또는 손상을 수행 할 때 Balmers 재산에서 사람들을 금지 할 권리가 있습니다.

흡연
Smoking inside the Balmers property is strictly prohibited with the exception of the designated smoking room. The no-smoking policy is strictly reinforced due to the historic nature of our buildings and offenders are therefore penalized with a 200 CHF smoking fine.
