We wanted to have a drink in the bar and weren't even allowed in because we hadn't booked a room. The staff were extremely unfriendly and we weren't even allowed to sit in the square in front of the entrance… in retrospect I'm glad we didn't support this shitty place and found a thousand times better place and got in there properly (like an 8-armed man)
