We arrived (around 2 p.m.), no one was there. There was also no way to queue up our luggage. So far, so good. So we went back to the train station, locked our luggage there. Then we checked in in the evening. We wanted to book with an Interrail discount. This was rejected because I had already booked a discounted price. But nowhere does it say that an Interrail discount and a "promotional fare" are mutually exclusive. We paid with reservations. Then we went to our room. It was not as pictured. It was cramped and there were bunk beds instead of single beds. The mattresses were saggy and the beds creaked when you moved. We also had the toilet (at least for that floor) right next to our room. We always woke up when someone went to the toilet at night. The WiFi in our room was also very slow and sometimes not available at all. In the morning I wanted to complain. Unfortunately, the receptionist only spoke English. I then wrote a report of the defects. Shortly afterwards I was offered a full refund if I checked out by 10:00. We accepted the offer and booked another accommodation. Two stars because of the full refund.
