This place was great. Joel was the main man at the desk for my stay and he is truly a gem. He builds welcoming community, he is funny, and he makes you want to stay. If you go to Balmers you shouldn’t sit there on your phone go make friends everyone is super friendly and if you are having trouble finding people find Joel.
