This is a Balmer’s Herberge activity booking form. We highly recommend advanced email bookings as activity availability will become limited, especially if you want to book as a group. Email bookings received will be processed on a “first in first served” basis.
Please note that advanced bookings via email can only be made up till 48 hours prior to your date of arrival. Any bookings after this period should be made at Balmer’s Herberge Reception/Activity Desk and will be limited to the availability at the time of booking.
Completing this form does not guarantee your booking until you receive your confirmation email from us.
Unavailability
Should the activity you wish to book be unavailable, you will receive an email with suggested alternatives. We cannot guarantee the availability unless you confirm within 48 hours which alternative you wish to book. Once we receive your confirmation we will email you with a confirmation letter and booking number.
