• Young adults (-18) are warmly welcome at our special parties (f.ex. ü16..) – watch out for special advertisement. For Entry: bring along either valid Passport or ID-Card
• Please take note: to use a false identity card is against Swiss Law and will cause legal action

• Coat Check available during winter season for 2 CHF

• Spirits and long drinks only permitted to guests – older than 18 years
• Beer, wine and sparkling wine only permitted to guests – older than 16 years
• At all time, our staff may require a passport (Passport or ID-Card) for inspection

FULL HOUSE ó RE-ENTRY
Due safety reasons: with a Full House, your re-entry can be denied by securities – even you have a valid ticket, stamp or stay at one of our Guest Houses

REFUSED ENTRY
Balmers Club is a private Club and the operating company reserves the right to refuse the entry to a guest without any explanations – at all times

LEGAL ACTIONS & DISCLAIMER

• Balmers Club guarantees only according to gastronomic law of district of Berne (CH)
• For all items not released to the official coat check, we exclude all liability
• In contravention of legally prescribed conditions, the property damage or threat and risk to third parties, we reserve the right to take legal action at all time
• Furthermore, we will inform authorities and not exclude on our part claims for damages remain
