Balmer`s Star Tent is now available for hire. This is a perfect place for functions such as birthday celebrations, weddings, work parties and more. With ducted gas heating it is available all year with free parking. See information sheet for more details.

Have been here a few times now, and can conclude that Balmer's is a great place to stay. Friendly staff, nice atmostphere, good value for money and a happening bar on weekends. :)

We stayed 3 nights and 4 days with Balmers in Sept 2011 and we can't say enough about how fantastic the venue and staff are! They accomodated all 9 of our party brilliantly and did everything they could to make our trip great! Dorm room was spotless, as were the showers and toilets, beer garden and bar is great food and great value (try the 3 species burger!!) and the Metro Bar was, as everyone says, THE BEST PLACE TO PARTY!!
We will all be back and fully recommend Balmers for anyone looking for accomodation in Interlaken!

we would definitely recommend to our friends about Balmer's herberage.. it was great to be in the tent and sleeping between the mountains in a hammock :) Also the pub was awesome..and esp the fun games.. more than anything CEO Mr.Balmer was very kind and cheerful.. He dropped us in a car to our destination and explained about the swiss alps and shared nice time and memories.. thanks for the memories.. and good luck with growing more..Cheers..Wishes from India :-)
