Team & work with us
Our team is made up of a large variety of people from different countries, backgrounds and age groups. Generally people work in the hostel as all-rounders, which means they get to experience all areas of the Balmer’s business. This includes house keeping, food preparation, grill and bar service, shuttle driving, ticket desk, reception and store staff and general maintainence.
We are often looking for people to fill positions at Balmer’s for seasonal work. If you are bright, happy, enthusiastic and love working in hospitality then drop us an email. To work in Switzerland you must have a European or Swiss Passport.
