Die Balmers Biergarten is special grill restaurant that is open every summer for all our guest and anyone who wants to eat good quality food for a decent price in Interlaken! Hang out in the Biergarten while tasting one of Europe’s finest burgers or sipping on one of our fantastic local Lagers. Balmer’s Biergarten is open all summer long, serving hot food from the grill and a selection of local and international beers, mixers and soft drinks. Try out our iced mojitos and cocktails!

The place is run by the Dutchies, Mark & Ronald. They have been around Interlaken for quite some years and know everyone! Besides grilling up a storm they are also the creators of our new Interlaken City map! Check it out and pick one up from reception. Yumm….. feeling hungry? Go ask them for their BBQ beer Garten specials! Cold drinks, great food and friendly vibes from May to Oktober!
